Review: Bought garage door through Costco because I assumed they would have premium level product and installers. Product is fine. Installers were terrible. They were crabby and hurried. They missed the stud when attaching the spring rail to the wall and it popped off the wall as soon as they left. That is extremely unsafe and an amateur mistake as they do this work daily.It was a single car door, supposed to be simple for experienced installers. See attached picture of how they came back and just railed a bunch of screws (no pilot holes) and bolts in until they hit the stud leaving the appearance ugly and probably cracking the stud in my wall.Since the install only one year ago, I have add issues with the rollers and spring, making noises and I’ve had to have another more trustworthy company come out to mitigate the issue three different times. I wouldn’t even trust this company to come back and do Warranty work even if it was free. Cannot believe Costco trusts this outfit. Extremely displeased and Costco takes no responsibility either.
