Review: The springs he installed were not the right size for the width of our garage door and the cost was exorbitant. More than 3x what other companies charge. We were in a bind so we ended up paying $700 for springs because he had already installed them. He actually wanted more – said our ball bearings needed replacing too. Wanted a total of $1,400. We left it with the springs and I got an honest company out to replace his faulty springs. Cables were indeed frayed and needed replacing – cost was only a SIXTH of what he quoted. Ball bearings were fine.He also claimed the springs were more expensive than average because it was American metal, not Chinese. When I asked for proof of this he said I would need to call back in. Fraudsters. Avoid like the plague.
