Review: Justin and Sam at the warehouse were SUCH fantastic help to us. We had an unconventional idea for our garage doors but needed to see the panels in person in order to make up our minds. They were so patient with the us and were happily willing to bring out a few different large panels for us to see. They really were genuinely and joyfully involved in the process with us, paying attention to lines and details and investing their creative ideas to the project as well. They helped us stay within our sensitive budget but to create the perfect design for our needs. Craig has likewise been wonderful to work with — pounding the pavement to answer all our unique questions. Review: I backed up my SUV into the double garage door. One side of the door fell off the tracks and I was unable to raise it or lower it. I panicked! I called Ankmar and told the young lady on the phone that I needed emergency service immediately. She gave me a 4 hour window and within 30 minutes the repair man called me and said he was on his way.He was knowledgeable and friendly. Answered every question I had concerning garage door systems. He straitened the door and put it back in it tracks. Then adjusted the tracks and checked and adjusted the door for smooth operation.I was very pleased and relieved. I highly recommend Ankmar.
