Review: Initially Barak was sent out to install a garage door motor. Brought a brand new kit very polite and inquisitive of my household’s belief. Mind you similar to his. That alone lead me to trust in his performance due to our laws governing each other. So it created a trust to let him do his service and not watch him which was my fought… Brought him coffee and left him to work. Periodically I would come and check mind you he stayed on his phone the whole time speaking Hebrew. Finished his work. Showed me all he had done. I asked about the knock sound he said it was ok. He didn’t want to clean up the mess that was left over and asked me if it was ok to leave the leftover material. I stated no for obvious reasons. Fine He left yet the knocking sound remained. 10 months pass and the garage wouldn’t close the trolley bent the slabs straight down the middle. We call for service guess it was to late in the evening for someone to come out. So we called another garage repair service. The guy came out gave an inspection and pretty much advised that old parts where used some new and some old.The rail was to high and some other dings. Which I distinctivley remember purchasing a brand new motor and accessories. Keep this in mind. Bottom line his advice was to stay with the original installer. Barak comes back out and as im trying to explain. This guy kept interrupting me and telling me he installed everything we purchased and yada ya. The sensors were the old and the original ones that was not replaced from the new kit I saw Barak brought. Which when asked did you use all of the products we purchased during installation. He lied to my face. Which lead everything else spoken discredible along with the constant interruptions. My wife and myself lost it trying to communicate with this guy. To the point I just got fed up and helped him to leave. To send another repair person from this company. He refused any fault and the company to send any other person period. Unprofessional and no accountability. An we are left with a unusable bent garage. Which leads me to believe once again especially after reading all the positive reviews. The race ( ethnic) foolishness.
