Review: I had used this company to replace the spring on one of my garage doors (unfortunately I have 2 single car garages) in March of 2022. They came out, replaced it and all was fine until the spring broke less than 2 years later. Luckily, I found my receipt of the work and Peggy, the receptionist and wife of the owner, did as well. She stated that it should be under warranty since it was less than 2 years and the spring broke in two. Jeremy, the technician, stated that they did not typically use the type of spring that was installed and asked if it was the other garage door that they had repaired. I know for certain that it was the same door as it is the door that holds my car and both times my car was stuck in the garage. Peggy called back to tell me that there was no way that it was them that replaced that spring because they don’t carry that type of spring and continued to repeat herself without listening. I let her know that my other garage door had never had a broken spring, and therefore, could not have been fixed by them. She argued with me, insulted me and stated in a mocking way that my memory was perfect and that there was no way that I could be wrong. She hung up on me and then called me again to talk over me, repeating the same thing over and over again. At one point she said, “It is not ok to lie.” When I asked if she was talking to me, she brushed me off and went back to repeating the same thing she previously said. She was extremely rude, and I will NEVER use them again and make sure that my friends and family don’t either. Their invoices are archaic, one sheet of paper without duplicates. They only bright spot was that Jeremy, the technician, was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation.
