Despite our home warranty not being able to send someone for two weeks, Precision Door Service promptly responded to our call within hours. Jesse, who assisted us, was exceptional. He was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and provided a thorough safety briefing that put us at ease with both his work and the pricing. Not only was Jesse very skilled, but he was also polite, amicable, and professional. We are extremely satisfied with Precision and will turn to them for any future problems or when it’s time to upgrade our current units. Review: A spring broke on my garage door on Monday afternoon. I did some quick reviewing on Tuesday morning, called Precision Garage Door, and James was at my house just a few hours later. He was thorough but quick in assessing the entire door and giving me the ‘good, better, best’ options. It took him just under an hour to have everything evaluated, agreed to, and replaced. The door runs great and so much smoother since we opted for a more general overhaul instead of just replacing the springs. I was totally happy with James and Precision Garage Door and will be calling them again the next time I need help.

Review: I would like to say if anyone wants an honest garage door company use Precision. We were having issues with our garage door not shutting and had been told by another company that we needed new rollers and tracks. When Jesse arrived he tuned it up and told us that the tracks and rollers would eventually need to be replaced but they were still in descent condition. When the time comes to actually replace them I will be using Precision and requesting Jesse. He was so kind, respectful but most of all he was honest. He is a perfect example of an exemplary employee.
