Review: I had a tension spring break on a 2-car overhead door, and called OGD mid-afternoon. Steve tried to get me a repair that afternoon but could not. But he made me first on the service list for the next day. The service technician arrived promptly at 8 am, traveling from Brighton to SE Denver during rush hour to get to me first thing. He was courteous and gave me a price with no commitment. He explained why I should replace the 2d spring at the same time, which made a lot of sense, and lubed the motor track and hinges as well. The truck was stocked with the springs. The job was done in 50 minutes. I could not have been more pleased.
