Review: The first time I called them out over a year ago, everything went fine. The second time I called them they suggested I install a new motor. I moved forward with that, and immediately had problems. It took them two days to get anyone out to look at it. In the end, even after the money I just spent with them on the new motor and the question of whether their work had caused the issue, they generously offered to fix the issue for $350. What a rip off. I called another company who came out and fixed it for $145. Oh and I never got a final receipt for motor install. So if you want to flip a coin, and hope everything goes perfectly, go ahead and use these guys. But if anything goes wrong, don’t expect that they’ll stand behind their work or give you a fair price for the fix. The company I used in the end was AAA Garage Doors. Quick service, reasonable pricing, professional. I even got a receipt!
