Review: We ordered a Northwest Door from American Garage Door. The door is very high quality and for the most part we are happy with the door. Northwest makes a beautiful door but we did have some warranty issues which took a long time to solve. American did a good job wading through the issues and were good communicators. The techs at AGD were also incredibly polite, professional and willing to work with me (I am very particular). I especially appreciate the personal service I received from Scott, one of the owners, who followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. If you have a little time the Northwest door is a beauty and worth the wait and investment.

Review: I was stopped next to one of their drivers at a stoplight leading to the highway. As we pulled forward, my car was about halfway in front of theirs so I stepped on the gas to be able to merge without impeding their speed. Thier driver decided to pace me so I couldn’t get out of my soon to be ending lane. I had to get up to 95mph to avoid getting killed. The highway on memorial day was fairly empty so there was absolutely zero reason for this. I’d let my garage stay broken and open for looters before I used them. This level of disregard for people is not someone I’d trust with the safety of my home.
