Review: Danny Mullis worked us into their crowded schedule to help us when our garage door wouldn’t open. Drew Mullis came out the next day to evaluate our problem but one of the springs had broken and door springs were larger than those in stock. New springs had to be ordered which would take a few days to receive. Drew worked the telephone to find an easier solution but there was no choice but to order new springs. He did give us a temporary solution by clamping the broken spring parts together so we could still use the door. That solution worked very well until he returned the following Wednesday with new springs in hand within an hour our problem was solved.Danny Mullis originally installed our garage door when the home was built in 2008. I’m so happy I decided to go back to them for our garage door problem. Danny and Drew Mullis have to be commended for working so hard to solve our problem. They were professional and personable and Drew went out of his way to provide a temporary fix. On top of it all the price was feasible and less than originally quoted. I will definitely go back Mullis Garage Door for any future repairs or purchases of new equipment. I highly recommend Mullis Garage Door.
